Jimmy’s Farm will explode onto the festival scene this summer with an energetic weekend of popular bands and family-friendly activities. The farm is opening its gates to food and music lovers on July 26 and 27.

Throughout the festival the stage will feature a line-up of popular new and established bands including Farrah, The Vagabond, Polar Collective and Ben Earle. The main paddock’s Truck Stage will be headed up by X-Factor winner and chart topper Matt Cardle and power pop rock trio Dodgy.

BBC chef and ‘truffle head’ Valentine Warner will be cooking up a storm on the demonstration stage with co-founder of the restaurant chain LEON and television chef, Allegra McEvedy. They are part of a team of prestigious and award-winning chefs including Marcus Bean, Galton Blackiston, Alan Paton, James Barber and the farm’s own award-winning head chef Jon Gay. Over 100 different types of beer and ale will be served in the farm restaurant which will be transformed into a Tyrolean beer keller with long tables, oompah music and a menu offering a range of Jimmy’s Farm sausages. All the sausages are made in the farm butchery from Jimmy’s rare breed, free range pigs.

Hugely successful theatre company Red Rose Chain will also create a magical theatre in the forest for a late-night performance of A Comedy of Errors.
