RYA National Pirate Day

Growing Gourmets Down on the Farm

21 years of the Clacton Airshow offers an award-winning seafront and greensward that are transformed over the two days into a fun-filled events site and viewing area. Impressive aerobatic displays take to the skies while a whole host of exhibition, trade stands, food court and on-site entertainment are available at ground level. Each day will have a full flying programme and BBC Essex will be providing Radio Airshow on 729am throughout the flying displays as well as providing live commentary.

From Roman walls, a Norman castle, the Dutch Quarter and the Garrison, these are just some of the landmarks of Colchesters settlers. Including objects in the exhibition are an amphora used by the Romans, bay cloths, made famous by Dutch weavers and many more factual belongings.
