Dr David Morgan, Orion Heating
Dr David Morgan has been technical manager at Orion Heating for six years, sourcing innovative product lines and developing new markets. Orion Heating has supplied woodburing stoves and cookers since 1977, specialising in unique, high-end European brands and installs that fulfil customers’ requirements. In 2010 it became a supplier of Italian woodfired Pizza ovens from the Sunday Grill range, with installations into private gardens, pubs, ski lodges and wedding venues.
Why is a pizza oven a great addition to the garden?
British summers are precious and cooking outdoors helps maximise our time in the garden, whether it’s an evening meal or large family party. A wood-fired oven will transform part of your garden into a kitchen and dining space, drawing family and guests to a focal point where they’ll want to help prepare pizzas, fire the oven and cook alongside you. Not only will you love the traditional wood-fired oven with the versatility to stone bake pizza and bread as well as slow roast or grill meats and vegetables, but in addition you have a beautiful centrepiece to the garden with the romance and warmth of a large wood fire.

Huw Chivers, Hot Tub Barn
Huw Chivers is managing director of Hot Tub Barn, based in Chelmsford, and has more than 20 years of experience in the hot tub industry. He is dedicated to ensuring customers have the most satisfying hot tub experience.
What would be your top tip for hot tub buyers?
The best hot tubs can bring years of pleasure to you, your family, and friends. Before choosing a hot tub it is important to consider the right space in your garden, and the access to it. Sizes of spas vary greatly and it’s important to see, and ideally try one out, in a retailer’s showroom. Don’t consider buying a hot tub online as it is important to see the physical product for yourself, to get a feel for the quality of the engineering and finish. No two hot tubs are alike and the costs of running and repairing inferior products can easily defeat the original objective of trying to make a saving. The best hot tubs are well constructed and have many layers of insulation to maximise heat retention, therefore reducing running costs. You need a solid base to keep heat in, and outdoor pests out, and a thick strong cover to help retain heat further

Debbie Driver, Harveys Garden Buildings
Debbie Driver is the owner of family-run business Harveys Quality Garden Buildings, selling a variety of summerhouses, sheds, home offices, BBQ cabins and contemporary garden pods.
What are you favourite outdoor summer buildings?
I have two favourite buildings displayed on our show site at Rayleigh. One is the Scandinavian BBQ cabin, usable all year round, and the other is the contemporary rotating pod that turns to face the sun or out of the wind and rain, which can be used as a diner or lounger. Both are completely different in their uses, but equally an attractive but practical feature for your garden.

Tony Nicholas, Nicholas Anthony
Tony Nicholas has been managing director of Nicholas Anthony for 34 years and is always striving to incorporate the ever-evolving kitchen market and provide customers with luxurious, contemporary home designs.
What are your go to summer kitchen themes?
The URBAN style collection is the latest must-have kitchen collection by SieMatic, available at Nicholas Anthony. It combines vertical and horizontal structures, open and closed elements, and light and dark materials to create an appealing range of design possibilities. A breadth of colour options is available with SieMatic¹s ColorSystem and full 1,950 colours, in addition to beautiful wood finishes such as sand oak, matt black oak and natural walnut. We have seen a huge demand in open-plan living and multi purpose rooms that offer cooking, dining, entertaining and relaxation areas. This has also had an aesthetic effect on kitchen areas with hidden appliances becoming more fashionable to provide an atmosphere of a more general living space rather than a designated cooking room.
