To start insalata capriciosa - chargrilled asparagus and pan-fried wild mushrooms tossed with salad leaves and Parmesan cheese, drizzled with a warm butter, lemon juice and tarragon dressing. Followed by Vitello Allo Sfizio, escalope of veal topped with Parma ham and Taleggio cheese, served with a white wine sauce. To finish try nemesis, the chef's ultimate chocolate cake
