What did you do before?
I worked in the farming industry as an agricultural business consultant, so I suppose I've just moved a little along the food chain.
Is there anything new you want to shout about?
We are using more and more local products in our menu such as Wicks Manor Pork at Tolleshunt Major and game from Holifield Grange Estate.
How many covers do you seat?
70 covers inside including 20 in a private dining room and 40 covers outside in a delightful sheltered courtyard
What are your opening hours?
Dining hours are Monday to Saturday, noon to 2.30pm for lunch, dinner from 6pm to 9.30pm.
We also serve food from 5pm to 6pm for our tea menu (sandwiches and kids meals).
Sunday lunch noon to 4pm
